SWCD Services

Ohio's 88 county soil and water conservation districts (SWCDs) are one of the nation's premiere conservation organizations providing assistance to landowners and users of Ohio's working lands.

By working with our communities, we can help every acre of land, every body of water and every urban, suburban, and rural community. We help bring rural and agricultural people together with urban dwellers to protect our watersheds and drinking water, to promote economic development while minimizing impacts on streams and wildlife habitat, and to protect and restore the resources upon which a thriving economy and outdoor recreation depend.

For more information on the major services that your county SWCDs have to offer, click on the links below.
